Forward Gaming Wiki is a private knowledge base for the group's Dungeons & Dragons campaign. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used when you sign in and use the wiki.

What We Collect

When you sign in with Google, Google provides us with:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your Google profile identifier
• Your profile image, if available

We do not receive or store your Google password. Sign-in happens entirely on Google's own login pages.

How We Use It

• To identify your account and allow you to sign in
• To enforce workspace access (the wiki is invitation-only)
• To display your identity to other campaign members
• To maintain activity records

Google account information is used only for the purposes above. The application does not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, Google Photos, messages, YouTube data, or payment information.

Storage

Wiki pages, comments, uploads, and account information are stored on self-hosted infrastructure operated for the campaign group. Access is restricted to invited users.

Sharing

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with advertisers. Information is shared only with Google for authentication and with the hosting infrastructure that operates the site.

Retention & Removal

Your account information remains stored while the wiki is in operation. To request removal of your account or access, contact the site operator and we will process your request promptly.

Your Choices

You can revoke this site's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account security settings, and you can sign out of the wiki at any time.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
